The Makhulu Wagon was established in 2021 and is the sister company of the long-established and acclaimed, The London Hog Roast Company. Based in South-West London and Hampshire, The London Hog Roast Company has been in operation since 2007. The Makhulu Wagon is an exciting new chapter for us allowing us to offer the same high-quality food we are known for but in a street food format.

With the popularity of Farmer’s Markets and outdoor events we realised that we needed to go fully mobile and after a 2 year search, we found the perfect vehicle from France. The Makhulu Wagon is a 1976 Peugeot J7 that although old, always brings a smile as we pass. The Makhulu Wagon’s main purpose is to service Markets, Festivals and pop-up street events but will also be working alongside The London Hog Roast Company to be booked for Weddings, Corporate events and private functions
