Cooked on site, carved to order

Your meat is roasted at the venue for five to seven hours, then our chef and assistant carve and serve it buffet-style while it’s still crackling.

Every wedding package comes with soft, freshly baked white rolls, apple sauce and our marinade made to a secret recipe, plus rosemary and garlic roast potatoes and at least one salad. Want it a little more formal? Add china plates, cutlery and napkins.

Wedding terms & conditionsSpace, timings, payment and allergies

    Space & set-up

    • We need a minimum 4×4m open area for our gazebo and gas machine, and double the space for a charcoal roast machine because of the smoke.
    • Charcoal packages are cooked over charcoal, so we need an open outside area and there will be smoke on the day. We can only roast outdoors with our equipment.

    On the day

    • We arrive and need access 5–6 or 6–7 hours before serving, depending on your package. A power source is required.
    • We serve food buffet-style for 1 hour. Extra serving time, or an event running late, is £50 per staff member per hour, paid in cash.
    • Serving after 8pm carries a £50 late fee per staff member to cover their transport home.
    • We don’t take leftovers away.
    • Please tell us about any food allergies when you book. Our marinade contains gluten. Salad ingredients are on our salads page.

    Booking & payment

    • A £100 deposit, paid by online banking, secures your date. Ten days before, we confirm all arrangements and the balance is due.
    • £2 per mile applies to venues 20 miles or more from our KT9 or GU35 bases.
    • All our machines are PAT tested and we hold £10 million public liability insurance.
    • Paying the deposit confirms you agree to these terms.
