Can you roast at an oast house or barn venue?
Yes, as long as we can roast outdoors in a 4×4m open space (more for charcoal) with power nearby. Venues often ask about insurance, and we carry £10 million public liability cover.
How early do you arrive?
For a whole hog, 6–8 hours before serving depending on its size; for spit roasts, 5–6 hours.
Is there a travel charge to Kent?
Yes: £2 per mile for venues 20 miles or more from our bases. It’s included in your quote.
