From first to last contact Steven was the ultimate professional, especially on the day – he made everything look SO effortless. Amongst the usual stresses of trying to plan and actually host a party, his focus and calm in the chaos really took the pressure off, leaving us free to enjoy the day, too. The set up and clear down were barely noticed and in-between, the food was fabulous.
Delicious loin and lamb for 35/40 people (at a competitive price) with plenty to go around. It went down so well with guests, who are still sending me messages on how great it was. With thanks for helping to make the day a great success.
